Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@patiopizzeria.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Order Cancellation & Return Policy
If you need to cancel an order after it has already shipped, the item must be returned to our designated facility at your expense. Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it’s in original, undamaged condition before issuing any refund.
Please note:
• You are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
• If the item arrives safely and without damage, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and deducted from your refund.
